AI Adoption Manager (m/w/d)

Full-timeHybrid

About Unfuture

Unfuture brings AI into the everyday work of mid-market companies. We connect strategy, enablement, platform rollout, and our own AI systems — not as separate disciplines, but as one end-to-end responsibility.

Alongside client projects, we build our own products in the Venture Studio. That keeps us close to real processes, real users, and the technical questions that start after the first prototype.

About the role

AI only makes a difference once people use it confidently and sensibly in their daily work. As AI Adoption Manager, you help client teams understand AI solutions, try them out and keep using them for the long term.

You design practical learning and enablement formats, run workshops and trainings, and hold regular office hours as a dedicated point of contact, which keeps you close to the questions users actually have.

Your mission

  • Design and run workshops, trainings and office hours on AI applications.
  • Prepare client teams for new AI solutions and support their rollout in day-to-day work.
  • Explain how AI works, where its limits are and how to use it responsibly, in a clear and practical way.
  • Gather feedback and work with the project team on concrete improvements.
  • Create materials, guides and hands-on learning formats for different audiences.
  • Contribute to change management and communication activities in client projects.

Your profile

What you bring

  • Fluent German (C1) and business-fluent English (B2).
  • Hands-on experience with LLM tools. You can walk us through your own workflows or comparable examples of how you use them.
  • Some relevant professional experience, for example in training, enablement, consulting or a similar field.
  • You explain new topics clearly, respond openly to questions and enjoy working with groups.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany about two days a week, and to work from our office in Bielefeld or Hamburg on two further days.

Nice to have

  • Experience running workshops or similar formats.
  • Experience in change management, user enablement or customer success.
  • Basic knowledge of data protection, AI governance and responsible AI use.

Why us?

You'll join a small, specialised team where decisions are made quickly and there's plenty of room for your own ideas. You take on responsibility early and actively shape learning formats, materials and rollout approaches.

Alongside client projects, we build our own AI products and spin them off into startups. If the right venture comes along and the interest is mutual, you may join one as a co-founder.

Location

We work hybrid and are building teams in Hamburg and Bielefeld. You should be able to work on-site in one of these cities and enjoy regular team meetings.

Vision einer anderen Zukunft — ein Pfad in die Weite.
