About Unfuture
Unfuture brings AI into the everyday work of mid-market companies. We connect strategy, enablement, platform rollout, and our own AI systems — not as separate disciplines, but as one end-to-end responsibility.
Alongside client projects, we build our own products in the Venture Studio. That keeps us close to real processes, real users, and the technical questions that start after the first prototype.
About the role
We're looking for someone who wants to put their enthusiasm for AI to work in the transformation of large and mid-sized companies, and to bring about real change in how work, systems and responsibilities are organised.
As AI Consultant, you work closely with clients on their AI strategy. You define target pictures, identify use cases and support implementation until results show up in everyday work. You also help turn client needs into new projects and represent them confidently to clients.
Your mission
- Develop AI strategies that fit the client's organisation, data landscape and business model
- Analyse business processes and identify AI use cases
- Support the implementation of AI solutions and the change processes that come with them
- Advise on data strategy, AI governance and compliance
- Prepare and facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions on AI
Your profile
- Solid hands-on experience with generative AI, especially language models
- A structured way of working, a professional presence and a good way with people
- Fluent German (C1) and business-fluent English (at least B2), plus the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- At least two years of relevant professional experience, for example in consulting, B2B sales, transformation or project management
- Willingness to travel and to work from our office in Hamburg or Bielefeld two days a week
- Ideally a degree in business, economics or a related field
Why us?
You'll be part of a small, specialised team where decisions are made quickly and you take on responsibility early.
Alongside client projects, we build our own products as startups, and where the topic fits you can get involved as an entrepreneur.
Location
We work hybrid. This role is based at our Bielefeld office, so you should be able to work on-site there regularly.
