About the role
We're looking for someone who can take our consulting business and our products to market precisely, credibly, and with a feel for B2B decision-makers.
You work directly with the founders, develop go-to-market approaches, and turn real project work into content that mid-market decision-makers take seriously.
Your responsibilities
- Developing and running content marketing for our SaaS products and our consulting business
- Building and maintaining our company presence on LinkedIn, our website, and more
- Planning and running paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google)
- Preparing and running email and outbound-call campaigns for consulting and products
- Monitoring and reporting on marketing performance
What you bring
- Experience in content and performance marketing or in sales development
- Strong command of LinkedIn as a content and performance channel
- Hands-on experience managing websites and content systems
- A sharp feel for language, aesthetics, image selection, and credible B2B storytelling
- A data-driven way of working, proactivity, and reliability
- Fluent German and English
Your opportunity
You work directly with the founders and take on responsibility early. Alongside client projects, we build our own products as startups — with the option to take an entrepreneurial stake in the right opportunities.
Location
We work hybrid and are building teams in Hamburg and Bielefeld. You should be able to work on-site in one of these cities and enjoy regular team meetings.
