About Unfuture
Unfuture brings AI into the everyday work of mid-market companies. We connect strategy, enablement, platform rollout, and our own AI systems — not as separate disciplines, but as one end-to-end responsibility.
Alongside client projects, we build our own products in the Venture Studio. That keeps us close to real processes, real users, and the technical questions that start after the first prototype.
About the role
We're looking for students who want to take on responsibility early and experience AI transformation first-hand. You work directly with the founders and see things through reliably.
We'll decide together where you contribute: you can focus on AI consulting or on marketing, or put together a mix of both.
Your mission
Focus: AI consulting
- Contribute to AI transformation projects at mid-sized companies and help develop AI strategies.
- Prepare AI workshops and trainings and follow up on them afterwards.
- Support the development of our software products and internal ways of working.
Focus: Marketing & events
- Research topics, develop content ideas and draft posts for LinkedIn, our website, newsletter and event communication.
- Prepare content assets such as texts, simple visuals or short videos, and keep publishing on a steady schedule.
- Plan and organise community and client events.
- Document leads and make sure good conversations turn into concrete next steps.
- Analyse simple metrics such as reach, sign-ups or attendance rates and derive improvements.
Your profile
In any case
- You're enrolled at a university and can work with us 10–20 hours a week.
- You can regularly work on site at our office in Hamburg or Bielefeld.
- You're interested in generative AI and already use it.
- You work in a structured, reliable way and get things done, even when not every step is spelled out.
- You come across professionally and handle appointments, contacts and data with care.
- Very good German (C1) and confident English (B2).
Helpful, depending on your focus
- Consulting: studies in business, economics, natural sciences or a technical field, hands-on experience with language models, first experience with workshops or presentations (for example as a tutor).
- Marketing: you've already organised something or given it visibility (an event, a student initiative, a social media channel, a newsletter), you have a feel for audiences and messages, and ideally some experience with content tools, photography, video or design.
Don't tick every box? No problem. Just tell us in your application which focus appeals to you.
Why us?
You work directly with the founders in a small, ambitious team.
You see the impact of your work right away.
You learn an AI-native way of working from the ground up and use AI tools every day.
Location
We work hybrid and are building teams in Hamburg and Bielefeld. You should be able to work on-site in one of these cities and enjoy regular team meetings.
