About Unfuture
Unfuture brings AI into the everyday work of mid-market companies. We connect strategy, enablement, platform rollout, and our own AI systems — not as separate disciplines, but as one end-to-end responsibility.
Alongside client projects, we build our own products in the Venture Studio. That keeps us close to real processes, real users, and the technical questions that start after the first prototype.
About the role
We organize tech meetups, networking events, and workshops in Hamburg — including our Agentic Coding Meetup.
We're looking for an organized talent who prepares formats cleanly, looks after partners and guests, and makes sure events come across as professional and well thought through.
Your responsibilities
- End-to-end event planning: Concept, coordination of venues, equipment, catering, and speakers — from the idea to the finished run of show.
- Community & communication: Central contact for vendors, speakers, and partners; creating and maintaining event pages (e.g. Luma) and attendee lists.
- Marketing & promotion: Promoting events across social media, newsletters, and event platforms — clear, precise, and on point for the audience.
- On-site coordination: Setup and teardown, technical support, welcoming guests, and flexible troubleshooting during the event.
- Follow-up & learnings: Structured write-up of takeaways and improvement opportunities for future events.
What you bring
- Enrolled student at a university or college
- The ability to juggle several tasks at once and just get things done
- Strong communication and a professional presence in German and English
- Solid digital skills: comfortable with event tools (e.g. Luma) and social media
- An interest in tech and AI
Your opportunity
You help shape our event strategy and build a network in the AI and tech scene. You get to know every facet of professional B2B events — from concept to execution to follow-up.
Location
Hamburg. You should be able to work on-site, since our events take place there. Working hours flex around your class schedule and event dates (roughly 10–20 hrs/week).
