Langdock pricing 2026: what the platform costs per user
Langdock prices the Business licence in tiers by number of users: 29 euros per month for the first 50 licences, 16 euros from licence 551. On annual billing every price is 20 percent lower.

Langdock Business costs 29 euros per user per month for the first 50 licences, 24 euros up to licence 250, 19 euros up to licence 550 and 16 euros beyond. Billed annually it is 23.20 to 12.80 euros.
The tiers apply licence by licence: with 100 users, the first 50 cost the first-tier price and the other 50 the second-tier price. With your own API keys (BYOK) every price drops by 7 euros.

Business Max or extra usage
Before an admin grants more usage, it pays to check the usage overview. It shows per person who hits the limit and how often. That determines which option is cheaper.
If a large part of the team clearly hits the limit week after week, Business Max is the simpler route. It costs 99 euros per person and comes with five times the limits. If it is a few power users, only they get an individual user limit. Their licence stays the same, and Langdock bills the additional usage as extra usage, up to the set amount. For everyone else the plan limit stays at 0 euros. How admins set the limits is explained in Usage limits in Langdock.
The calculation is per person. Business Max costs 99 euros, the standard licence in the first tier 23.20 euros. The difference of around 76 euros is the threshold: if people consume more extra usage than that, month after month, Business Max is cheaper for them.

Requests only with a clear rule
If users may request more usage, decide beforehand who gets it. Otherwise requests go nowhere.
Use limit hits as a signal
People who hit the limit early work intensively with AI. A short conversation shows where the tokens go and surfaces AI champion candidates.
Targeted, not for everyone
Set the plan limit to €0 and give only power users an individual user limit. The budget stays with those who need it.
Start the user limit small
€10 per person is usually enough. Only around 15% of users use it up.
More for project phases, temporarily
For a hackathon or a project week, give individual people a higher limit and lower it again afterwards.
Clean up before renewal
Duplicate users and open invitations are billed. In one case: 63 instead of 50 licences, around €2,200 a year.
Match the model to the task
A stronger model is often cheaper if it gets it right the first time. Many correction rounds with a weak model use more.
Code outside Langdock
For software development, a direct subscription with the model provider is usually cheaper than Langdock tokens.
